You get three things: a professionally registered domain name (e.g. johnsmithplumbing.co.uk), a professional email address that forwards to your existing inbox (e.g. [email protected]), and a clean, mobile-ready one-page website built to your brief. Everything is set up for you.

A one-off setup fee covers the first year in full. After that, a small annual renewal keeps your domain, hosting, and email running. See the pricing page for current rates. There are no monthly fees, ever.

Most clients are live within 3-5 working days of us receiving all their details. We'll send you a preview link before we go live so you can check everything looks right.

Yes - your domain is registered in your name. If you ever want to move it elsewhere or take over management yourself, you can. We just look after it on your behalf.

No problem at all. We can transfer your existing domain to our management at no extra charge, or simply point it at your new page if you prefer. We'll handle all the technical side.

You can, but a professional email like [email protected] looks far more credible to customers than a gmail.com address. It's a small thing that makes a noticeable difference to how professional you appear. That's a big part of what this service is for.

Our service is intentionally built around a single, clean page - this suits most tradespeople perfectly. A well-crafted single page is often more effective than a complicated website. If you genuinely outgrow one page, we can discuss options at renewal time.

Through your client portal you can submit a change request at any time - just describe what you'd like updated and we'll handle it. Your annual plan includes a set number of free changes; any additional changes are charged at a flat rate.

We'll contact you ahead of your renewal date with a reminder and a payment request. If you'd like to continue, you pay and everything carries on. If you decide not to renew, we'll transfer your domain to you before closing the service so you never lose it.

Currently by bank transfer. A card payment option is coming soon. We'll always send you a clear invoice showing exactly what you're paying for.

Absolutely - that's exactly who this service is built for. You fill in a form telling us about your business, and we do everything else. You don't need to know what DNS, hosting, or SSL mean. If something needs doing, we do it.

We send you a preview before anything goes live. If you're not happy with anything, we'll revise it until you are. We want you to be proud of your page.
